Responsibilities

Partner with senior stakeholders and Product Owners to translate strategic business objectives into intuitive analytics applications.
Architect, design, deploy, and scale full-stack Qlik Sense Enterprise and Qlik Cloud applications.
Develop advanced Qlik visualizations, Set Analysis expressions, dynamic dimensions, bookmarkable states, and custom measures.
Architect secure enterprise data models and write ETL load scripts connecting SQL databases, data warehouses, and big data lakes.
Implement semantic data layers, medallionized data frameworks, resilient data pipelines, and AI-ready data infrastructure.
Use Qlik Answers, App Automations, Alerting, Qlik Predict, and other Qlik Cloud features to support actionable insights.
Design automated workflows with Qlik Application Automation and REST APIs for data reloads, write-back capabilities, and system integration.
Optimize memory usage, script execution, data refresh cycles, and large-scale application performance.
Implement Row-Level Security, Section Access, data governance, and role-based user entitlements.
Map requirements to tasks and predictable delivery schedules while partnering across business and technical teams.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience developing, architecting, and deploying Qlik Sense Enterprise or Qlik Cloud applications, ETL tools, and data pipelines.
Working knowledge of secure data handling, governance, lineage, and access controls.
Advanced SQL, dimensional data modeling, complex ETL scripting, and data pipeline development skills.
Proficiency in advanced Set Analysis, UI/UX best practices, extensions and mashups, and Write Tables.
Strong written, oral, and visual communication skills for working with business and technical stakeholders.
Project management experience mapping requirements to tasks and predictable schedules.
Working familiarity with Claude Code, ChatGPT, and Gemini in daily workflows.
Preferred consulting experience solving analytics challenges across organizations, industries, or functions.
Preferred knowledge of technology risk, operational resilience, risk mitigation, DORA, NIST, or ISO 27001.
Preferred experience building analytics for issue tracking, audit findings, and remediation plans.
Preferred exposure to Qlik Cloud features including Insight Advisor, Qlik Predict, Qlik Answers, MCP Connectors, and Extensions.
Preferred exposure to Power BI, Tableau, Superset, Greenplum, Hive, Snowflake, HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, React, or Python.

Salary: $160k - $220k/yr
