Senior Full-stack Engineer in Others

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and ship high-quality, performant, scalable, and secure software across the AI software development lifecycle.
  • Develop backend and frontend features using .NET, Python, ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind.
  • Use GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, and other AI-assisted tools across coding, testing, refactoring, code review, and documentation.
  • Prototype, evaluate, and productionize AI and LLM capabilities in OPSWAT products.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define requirements and deliver product features.
  • Lead code reviews, troubleshoot complex defects and production issues, and enforce engineering standards.
  • Own architectural discussions and key technical decisions while mentoring junior and mid-level developers.
  • Drive improvements to development processes, tools, standards, and AI-augmented workflows.
  • Document technical designs, specifications, and processes.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of relevant software engineering experience, including end-to-end ownership of complex features or systems.
  • Hands-on experience with backend development in .NET and Python and frontend development with ReactJS, HTML, CSS, and Tailwind.
  • Practical experience using AI-assisted development tools and applying appropriate human oversight.
  • Strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, software design principles and patterns, and software development methodologies.
  • Experience with database design and SQL and NoSQL technologies, including MSSQL, Postgres, or CosmosDB.
  • Experience designing, creating, and maintaining REST APIs and using version control such as Git or BitBucket.
  • Experience with unit, integration, and end-to-end testing frameworks and methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to lead initiatives independently.
  • Preferred experience building or integrating production LLM/AI features, including RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, or AI SDKs.
  • Preferred experience with Azure or AWS, CI/CD pipelines, TeamCity, BitBucket, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices.
  • Cybersecurity experience or experience in another industry relevant to OPSWAT is preferred.
