Senior Full Stack Engineer in USA

Responsibilities

  • Refine existing product functionality to deliver an exceptional user experience.
  • Improve consistency, cohesive look and feel, layout, interactions, responsiveness, and visual polish across the product.
  • Implement performance improvements that directly impact end users.
  • Build scalable backend solutions in collaboration with full-stack, data, ML, and DevOps engineers.
  • Own work and drive projects to completion with minimal oversight.
  • Test ideas, measure results, and iterate quickly on challenging problems.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience, ideally improving and polishing product functionality for a premium user experience.
  • Strong fundamentals in system design, debugging, and problem-solving.
  • Experience with a modern frontend framework, preferably React.
  • Knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python; strong candidates from other object-oriented backgrounds are also considered.
  • Experience with serverless technologies such as Lambda and EC2, asynchronous workflows, and cloud environments.
  • Comfort with relational databases, ideally PostgreSQL.
  • Excellent ownership, communication, experimentation, and project-completion skills.
  • Experience with LLMs or generative AI and distributed systems is a bonus.
