Senior Full Stack Engineer in UK

Responsibilities

  • Own and ship features across the frontend, backend, and data layer on a weekly cadence.
  • Design and build new computer-interaction workflows and AI-powered products involving LLMs.
  • Develop research-input ingestion, voice-to-voice survey, mobile, knowledge-graph, and AI-native CRM projects.
  • Speak directly with clients and use their feedback to shape product decisions.
  • Help define Junior’s engineering culture as the engineering team grows.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of engineering experience.
  • Strong hands-on proficiency with TypeScript, Next.js, and PostgreSQL.
  • Ability to build polished React/Next.js interfaces and solve difficult TypeScript problems live without relying on Copilot.
  • Solid foundations in data structures, system design, and PostgreSQL.
  • Experience owning projects end to end, making product decisions, and shipping without detailed specifications.
  • Clear communication skills and interest in a client-facing role.
  • Based in London or committed to relocating, with enthusiasm for working in person in Farringdon.
  • High-agency, product-minded approach; experience building AI-powered products is a bonus.
