Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain secure backend services using Java 11, Spring Boot 2, and microservices architecture.
  • Design and implement secure REST APIs and integrate user-facing solutions with Angular or modern component-based frameworks.
  • Manage and optimize Oracle and MongoDB databases.
  • Implement Apache Kafka for real-time event streaming and data processing.
  • Support CI/CD processes and Kubernetes-based deployments.
  • Apply software development and digital commerce best practices.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of relevant software development experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Java 11 and Spring Boot 2.
  • Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and secure REST API design.
  • Frontend development experience with Angular or a modern component-based UI framework.
  • Experience with Oracle and MongoDB databases.
  • Experience with Apache Kafka for event streaming and real-time data processing.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools, including Git and Kubernetes.
  • Preferred experience in B2B and B2C digital commerce environments.
  • Preferred practical exposure to AARI and knowledge of commerce technologies and industry best practices.
  • Proven experience delivering high-quality software solutions in complex environments.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
