Responsibilities

Lead development of core frontend features across dashboard, video playback, and device management experiences.
Build and maintain a reliable, secure, and high-performance web video streaming experience.
Drive technical decisions involving frontend architecture, frameworks, performance, and best practices.
Partner with designers, product managers, backend, infrastructure, and other cross-functional teams.
Mentor junior engineers through code reviews, design discussions, and knowledge sharing.
Continuously improve UI performance, accessibility, and maintainability.

Requirements

BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field.
4+ years of experience building and shipping production web applications.
Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and modern frameworks such as React.
Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, DOM APIs, browser performance, and accessibility.
Experience building scalable and maintainable frontend architectures.
Passion for design, usability, and customer-focused products.
Bonus experience with video streaming, H.264, real-time data, or WebCodecs.
