Responsibilities

  • Build and improve Kikoff’s flagship credit-building product.
  • Develop initiatives that improve customer retention, engagement, and revenue.
  • Explore and scope new product opportunities with measurable business impact.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and data scientists.
  • Analyze data and distill insights for business purposes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of industry experience with demonstrated breadth and depth of product impact.
  • Hands-on production experience with SolidJS, or deep React experience and strong interest in adopting SolidJS.
  • B.A., B.S., or M.S. in computer science, or strong self-taught computer science fundamentals.
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including in areas outside one's expertise.
  • Ability to build strong professional relationships in a startup environment.

Salary: $244k - $292k/yr
