Responsibilities

  • Use AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code and Gemini to accelerate frontend development and improve code quality.
  • Review AI-generated code for security, accessibility, performance, and architectural fit, and establish safe AI development practices.
  • Design and implement scalable React/Next.js frontend architecture optimized for Core Web Vitals, SEO, and user experience.
  • Architect GA4/GTM event tracking and reusable data-layer schemas for conversion and product analytics.
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, design, and backend teams on requirements, integrations, conversion optimization, and user success.
  • Troubleshoot complex frontend issues, identify root causes, and implement scalable solutions.
  • Automate frontend testing, builds, and release pipelines to improve development and deployment reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
  • At least 3 years of professional frontend development experience building production systems.
  • Deep proficiency with React/Next.js and modern JavaScript/TypeScript, including state management and asynchronous patterns.
  • Demonstrated ability to adopt an AI development lifecycle while maintaining quality and architectural standards.
  • Strong HTML/CSS skills covering rendering performance, accessibility, responsive design, and Core Web Vitals.
  • Proficiency with Git and CI/CD processes, including GitHub Actions or similar automation.
  • Fundamental experience integrating REST and GraphQL APIs.
  • Effective English communication, problem-solving, ownership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Preferred experience with Jest, Cypress, Playwright, E2E testing, Node.js, Python, PHP, Docker, SEO tools, WordPress, and frontend security practices.
