Responsibilities

Design and implement the orchestration layer for multi-step agentic workflows.
Integrate external tools and APIs with reliable tool calling and robust error handling.
Build retrieval and evaluation infrastructure for agent reliability and accuracy.
Identify and automate recurring manual work by shipping reliable, scalable systems.
Monitor agent performance in production and iterate on system design based on real-world behavior.

Requirements

Strong computer science fundamentals and mathematical ability demonstrated through academics, competitions, or self-directed learning.
Experience or strong project work with agent or LLM systems, including orchestration, tool integrations, retrieval-augmented generation, or evaluation frameworks.
A track record of turning manual workflows into reliable, scalable systems.
Recent graduates and self-taught builders are welcome; professional experience is not required.
