Responsibilities

Design and implement reliable, secure, and scalable enterprise services for identity and access management, SaaS integrations, MDM and endpoints, and internal tooling.
Build infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, and configuration-as-code modules, templates, and patterns.
Automate employee lifecycle workflows, RBAC and SCIM provisioning, and policy enforcement across core enterprise systems.
Define and measure SLOs, create dashboards, alerts, and runbooks, and participate in on-call and incident response.
Partner with Security, Finance, Legal, Procurement, and Platform on SaaS governance, license optimization, and risk controls.
Deliver cross-functional engineering initiatives end to end through specifications, stakeholder alignment, launches, documentation, and durable outcomes.

Requirements

Demonstrated impact shipping multi-stakeholder engineering projects that improve reliability, efficiency, or employee experience at scale.
Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code and CI/CD for identity, SaaS, or internal platform configuration, including Terraform or similar tools.
Strong background in identity and access management integrations, including SSO, SAML, OIDC, SCIM provisioning, RBAC, and ABAC.
Proficiency building API integrations and internal tooling for systems such as Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, and Atlassian.
Experience defining SLOs, building dashboards, alerts, and runbooks, and contributing to on-call and incident response.
Clear communication and documentation skills with the ability to collaborate across Security, Finance, Legal, and Platform.
Experience with SaaS governance and license optimization, joiner/mover/leaver automation, data pipelines, policy guardrails, internal platform standards, MDM or endpoint platforms, or enterprise incident leadership is preferred.
Ability to work from or relocate to New York City or Pittsburgh.

Salary: $162k - $220k/yr
