Responsibilities

  • Tackle engineering problems at scale and implement distributed systems.
  • Refactor complex monolithic systems into scalable, modern distributed architectures.
  • Own major code design decisions and contribute to engineering standards.
  • Help shape the future of the technical platform.
  • Improve testing practices and automated testing capabilities.
  • Optimize deployment pipelines and workflows.
  • Mentor and serve as a technical role model for fellow engineers.

Requirements

  • Experience building high-quality, scalable software and working with distributed systems.
  • Strong familiarity with modern technology stacks, test-driven development, and continuous integration and delivery tooling.
  • Proven experience contributing to technical designs and making architectural decisions.
  • Enthusiasm for mentoring and coaching team members.
  • Comfort collaborating in an agile environment and participating in thoughtful code reviews.
