Responsibilities

Manage and support hybrid infrastructure spanning physical data centers, AWS, and Azure.
Design and implement infrastructure as code using Terraform, Pulumi, and CloudFormation.
Configure and maintain scalable, highly available Kubernetes clusters and EKS environments.
Build, maintain, and optimize CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bitbucket, and GitHub.
Automate deployment, scaling, monitoring, and server configuration processes.
Establish observability using Grafana, Prometheus, and other monitoring tools.
Perform root cause analysis, write incident post-mortems, and participate in on-call support.
Manage SSL/TLS and code-signing certificates and apply infrastructure security best practices.
Support compliance and audit requirements through documentation and monitoring.
Collaborate with development, QA, and operations teams to improve reliability and delivery processes.
Document processes in Confluence, track work in Jira, and mentor junior team members.

Requirements

8+ years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or related roles.
Strong expertise with AWS and Azure services.
Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, GitOps, Kubernetes, and EKS operations.
Proficiency building and operating CI/CD pipelines and GitOps tooling.
Strong knowledge of monitoring, observability, and incident management.
Scripting and automation experience with Python, TypeScript, and Bash/shell.
Understanding of networking, Linux and Windows Server administration, and troubleshooting.
Experience with data streaming, CDC pipelines, and administration of relational and in-memory data stores.
Experience with configuration management and server automation.
Knowledge of security best practices and familiarity with compliance and audit frameworks.
Strong problem-solving, root cause analysis, communication, documentation, collaboration, and mentoring skills.
