Responsibilities

Design and implement software solutions for complex client business problems.
Write clean, reusable, high-quality code using object-oriented programming, design patterns, TDD, and pair programming.
Build large-scale distributed systems using microservices.
Collaborate with analysts, designers, project managers, and other teammates to develop features, concepts, prototypes, and customer experiences.
Apply continuous delivery, DevSecOps, and related engineering practices to build and deploy software.
Participate in the full software consulting and delivery lifecycle from ideation through deployment.
Assess team health, code quality, and nonfunctional requirements.
Mentor less-experienced peers and help drive technical vision and engineering excellence.
Share technical expertise through speaking engagements, open-source contributions, blogs, and other community activities.

Requirements

Experience with one or more of Java, Kotlin, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
Strong object-oriented programming skills and the ability to write well-tested, high-quality code.
Awareness of test-driven development, continuous integration, and continuous delivery approaches and tools.
Comfort with Agile approaches such as Extreme Programming, Scrum, and/or Kanban.
Ability to influence others, advocate for technical excellence, collaborate effectively, and navigate ambiguity.
Working knowledge of AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, and Docker is a bonus.
