Responsibilities

Enable internal teams to adopt and build on enterprise data platform capabilities.
Develop AI-powered support capabilities, automation solutions, and self-service experiences.
Design and implement technical solutions with data engineers, architects, asset managers, and development teams.
Guide users on platform setup, API integration, GitHub workflows, CI/CD implementation, and engineering best practices.
Build reusable golden-path solutions to simplify platform adoption and accelerate delivery.
Provide feedback to platform engineering teams to improve usability, developer experience, and operational efficiency.
Analyze recurring customer challenges and drive automation and process optimization.
Contribute to scalable, secure, maintainable, cost-effective, and reusable engineering standards.

Requirements

Experience in Data Engineering, Platform Engineering, DevOps Engineering, Cloud Engineering, or a similar technical discipline.
Strong hands-on experience with Databricks, Python, Spark/PySpark, SQL, Azure Cloud Services, and GitHub.
Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, SonarQube, Snyk, or equivalent technologies.
Strong understanding of distributed computing and large-scale data processing.
Experience troubleshooting and supporting complex cloud-based platforms and data solutions.
Understanding of cloud infrastructure and networking in Azure.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and customer-success skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive practical technical solutions.
