Responsibilities

Design and develop high-performance, low-latency, reliable DPU network software.
Collaborate with hardware teams on software-hardware co-design for networking and storage acceleration.
Accelerate AI/ML infrastructure using DPUs, GPUs, and custom hardware for distributed training and inference.
Optimize performance across OS kernels, drivers, and user-space runtime systems.
Contribute to architecture design, technical proposals, and long-term research directions.
Mentor junior team members.

Requirements

Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related field plus two years of related experience; or bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent plus five years of progressive post-bachelor's related experience.
At least two years of experience writing testable, maintainable, low-latency software using Golang, Java, Python, or C++.
At least two years of experience with computing systems using GPUs or ASICs for machine learning applications.
At least two years of experience programming in a Linux environment using C/C++ , CUDA, or Python.
At least two years of experience maintaining and debugging software services.
At least two years of experience analyzing error logs, resolving issues with service owners, documenting issue origins, and developing prevention mechanisms.

Benefits

Full-time position at 40 hours per week.
Located in Bellevue, Washington.
Domestic travel required up to 10%.

Salary: $207k - $368k/yr
