Responsibilities

Develop and scale fan-facing Android features using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.
Build clean, responsive, accessible, and high-performing mobile user interfaces.
Use AI tools to accelerate coding workflows, code reviews, and testing safely and responsibly.
Collaborate with product, design, and data teams across London, Berlin, and other international offices.
Participate in feature scoping, A/B testing, analytics integration, and iterative product development.
Contribute to code reviews and engineering practices that maintain platform consistency and quality.

Requirements

5+ years of experience building Android applications.
Solid Kotlin foundation and strong familiarity with Jetpack Compose.
Focus on modern Kotlin and Jetpack Compose components without maintaining or refactoring legacy Java architectures.
Interest in using AI development assistants to improve productivity, code quality, and learning.
Ability to work proactively and communicate effectively within agile, distributed teams.
Openness to learning or collaborating across iOS, Web, or Backend technologies such as Go is preferred.
Interest in music, mobile products, and helping creators build closer connections with their audiences.
