Responsibilities

Collaborate with iOS, web, backend, design, and product teams to define, design, and deliver new features.
Ensure software robustness through unit and integration testing while addressing edge cases, usability, and reliability.
Initiate and drive personal project initiatives from idea through app integration.
Lead medium- to large-scale projects from inception through successful delivery in alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.
Keep current with Android SDK tools, conventions, and platform developments.

Requirements

University and/or postgraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent.
8+ years of engineering experience, including at least 5 years shipping real-world production Android applications.
Strong understanding of mobile platforms and the full mobile development lifecycle.
Excellent knowledge of Kotlin and Java, with proficiency in Jetpack Compose, Room, Kotlin Coroutines, and ReactiveX.
Experience with MVP, MVVM, MVI, or Clean Architecture patterns and strong application design principles.
Experience leading medium- to large-scale projects, with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and ownership skills.
Preferred qualifications include integration, functional, or UI automation testing; analytics tools; CI/CD tools such as GitHub Actions or Bitrise; observability tools; and performance monitoring or testing.
