Responsibilities

Design and implement AI solutions for marketing business problems.
Collaborate with domain experts to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities.
Design, build, and operate AI agent workflows and integrations for scalable marketing operations.
Partner with central AI infrastructure engineers on robust and scalable solutions.
Share knowledge, best practices, and successful patterns with the broader AI engineering team.
Propose ideas and help shape the roadmap for AI adoption within Marketing.
Drive projects toward practical outcomes and measurable business value.

Requirements

Strong background in software engineering and integration engineering.
Hands-on experience experimenting with AI tools and building AI-driven workflows in production.
Proven business understanding and experience in a business-facing role.
Solution-oriented, outcome-driven, hands-on, and curious approach to complex business processes.
Fluent English communication.
Familiarity with marketing technology such as Salesforce or HubSpot is welcomed.
Experience building production applications on LLM APIs such as Claude, GPT, or Gemini is welcomed.
Experience with data platforms such as BigQuery or similar is welcomed.
