Requirements

Strong backend engineering experience building scalable systems.
Hands-on experience optimizing LLMs and AI agent flows in production.
A proven track record of shipping software with ownership and initiative.
Solid programming fundamentals and experience in a startup or fast-growing company.
A portfolio of side projects demonstrating depth and curiosity.

Salary: $80k - $120k/yr
