Responsibilities

Develop AI solutions and agentic workflows supporting requirements engineering, specification, and software integration.
Design and implement AI-based services for analyzing documentation, enterprise data, and existing IT systems.
Build production-oriented AI solutions using tool calling, MCP, retrieval, and workflow orchestration.
Contribute to proofs of concept and MVPs and continuously analyze, document, and optimize AI services and integrations.
Collaborate with business departments to identify and implement AI use cases.
Advance the use of AI technologies within business IT and enterprise processes.

Requirements

Completed education or training in informatics or software engineering.
At least 5 years of software development experience, ideally with C#, C++, Rust, or Java.
Experience with Python or TypeScript is advantageous.
Practical experience with large language models, generative AI, and API-based integration.
Experience developing agentic AI systems, including tool calling, retrieval-augmented generation, workflow orchestration, and multi-step processes.
Experience with agent frameworks such as Copilot, Claude, Kimi, or comparable technologies.
Proficiency with cloud platforms, container technologies such as Docker, and CI/CD processes.
Understanding of AI evaluation, quality assurance, security, and data protection for production AI solutions.
Very good written and spoken German and English.
