Responsibilities

Design, implement, and evaluate machine learning models with reproducible training and inference pipelines.
Develop feature engineering workflows and documented data quality checks.
Integrate models into services, add telemetry, and automate retraining and rollbacks.
Conduct experiments and ablation studies to improve accuracy, robustness, and efficiency.
Partner with data scientists and platform engineers to harden solutions for real-world usage.

Requirements

8–12 years of related experience.
Hands-on experience with Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow, and Pandas or NumPy.
Familiarity with cloud-native development, containers, and CI/CD.
Strong understanding of model evaluation, monitoring, and drift detection.
Ability to collaborate effectively and translate requirements into technical tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field is desirable.
Experience with vector databases, embedding models, or GPU acceleration is desirable.
