Security Software Engineer Project Intern in USA

Responsibilities

  • Research and implement intelligent security protection algorithms based on machine learning and deep learning.
  • Develop L7 DDoS/WAF traffic models, anomaly detection methods, and attack identification capabilities.
  • Develop LLM-assisted L7 DDoS/WAF rule generation solutions.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree/master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or another STEM discipline.
  • Strong foundation in machine learning and deep learning, including understanding of common model principles and applicable scenarios.
  • Familiarity with at least one deep learning framework, including PyTorch.
  • Interest in or practical experience with cybersecurity or network traffic analysis.
  • Preferred experience with NLP/LLM and knowledge of distributed systems, edge computing, or high-performance network programming.
