Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements to design and implement Salesforce Revenue Cloud solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Salesforce with existing business systems.
Develop and execute test plans for Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
Provide technical consultation and support for Salesforce Lightning and Service Cloud applications.
Manage project architecture and budgeting in alignment with client objectives and timelines.
Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations.
Identify opportunities for process standardization and technology innovation within Salesforce projects.
Facilitate training sessions and develop training materials for Salesforce implementations.
Stay current with emerging Salesforce technologies and trends.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree required.
At least 4 years of experience required.
Oral and written English proficiency required.
Computer and Information Science or Management Information Systems study preferred.
Salesforce Certified Administrator certification preferred, with additional certifications such as Business Analyst, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, or relevant Salesforce Cloud certifications preferred.
Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning and Salesforce Sales Cloud preferred.
Experience with business process modeling, enterprise integration, and Salesforce implementation training materials preferred.
