Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of nCino solutions.
Gather functional and technical requirements with business stakeholders.
Design scalable and secure solutions using nCino and Salesforce capabilities.
Configure and customize Commercial Lending, Retail Lending, Customer Engagement, Deposit Account Opening, and Treasury Management modules.
Define integration architecture using APIs, middleware, and third-party banking systems.
Review technical designs and code for adherence to best practices.
Provide technical leadership and mentor development teams.
Support production deployments and resolve architecture-related issues.
Ensure compliance with security, governance, and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

11+ years of overall experience, including 7+ years with Salesforce and 2+ years with nCino.
Strong experience implementing and architecting the nCino platform.
Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Platform.
Expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce integrations.
Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, middleware platforms, and application and integration architecture.
Strong understanding of banking and financial services processes.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
nCino certifications are preferred.
Salesforce Application Architect, System Architect, Technical Architect, or Platform Developer I/II certifications are preferred.
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery models and knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, Git, Copado, or Gearset are preferred.
Experience with Financial Services Cloud, loan origination systems, data migration, enterprise integrations, and cloud security and governance frameworks is desirable.
