Responsibilities

  • Build, test, deploy, and maintain Apex, LWC, and legacy Visualforce solutions.
  • Design Salesforce Flows, validation rules, custom objects, fields, reports, and dashboards.
  • Review pull requests and participate in architectural decision-making.
  • Resolve L2/L3 Service Desk tickets through ServiceNow, Jira, or similar tools, including root cause analysis and integration troubleshooting.
  • Administer Salesforce users, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, roles, and organization-wide defaults.
  • Support REST, SOAP, Bulk, Metadata, and Tooling API integrations and release deployments.
  • Collaborate with business users to refine requirements and provide enablement.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of hands-on Salesforce development and administration experience.
  • Solid Apex proficiency and knowledge of Salesforce platform constraints and limits.
  • Strong Salesforce Flow and data-modeling expertise.
  • Experience with Salesforce security features including permission sets, sharing rules, roles, and organization-wide defaults.
  • Experience with Salesforce CLI, Salesforce APIs, and ServiceNow, Jira, or similar ticketing tools.
  • Professional English proficiency at minimum B2 level, written and spoken.
  • Salesforce Platform Developer, Platform Administrator, or Platform App Builder certification is preferred.
  • Experience with Gitflow, Bitbucket Pipelines, version control, DevOps, and CI/CD practices is preferred.
  • Commercial real estate or professional B2B services experience is a plus.
