Research Engineer Graduate - 2027 Start in USA

Responsibilities

  • Develop technologies to optimize AI infrastructure for LLM training, inference, and AI agents.
  • Work with academia and open-source communities on joint development.
  • Track emerging technologies and conduct deep-dive analyses.
  • Present research and products in academic papers.

Requirements

  • Be completing or have recently completed a PhD in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Have experience with LLM training infrastructure, LLM inference infrastructure, or AI agent infrastructure.
  • Demonstrate proactive continuous learning, enthusiasm for AI technologies, and the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies.
  • Have good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Preferred: contribute frequently to or maintain AI infrastructure open-source projects such as vLLM or SGLang.
  • Preferred: have computer science conference publications such as OSDI or MLSys.
