Responsibilities

Independently test software enhancements and solutions within business and technical problem domains.
Test cloud-based software programs, applications, and projects using Java, SQL, Spring Boot, Kafka, ReactJS, and TypeScript.
Write backend and frontend automation scripts for functional, regression, performance, and end-to-end testing.
Participate in test-code reviews and Scrum activities including stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
Triage production issues by reviewing code and logs and developing solutions.
Analyze business requirements and develop solutions for business needs while collaborating with multiple teams.

Requirements

Require 3–5 years of commercial software development experience and proficiency developing multi-tier solutions.
Experience with Java, Spring Boot, Kafka, backend testing, SQL, TestNG, Tosca, and Cucumber.
Knowledge of BDD/TestNG frameworks and testing tools such as TestNG and Tosca.
Experience with Jira and Azure or AWS cloud environments.
BS/MS in Computer Science or an equivalent field.
Knowledge of commercial software development testing and Agile development methodology.
Strong communication, interpersonal, collaboration, analytical, self-management, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to understand financial-sector requirements; a mathematics background is highly desirable.
Experience using AI for automation is desired.
