Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement manual and automated test strategies, plans, schedules, and test cases.
  • Lead, mentor, and coordinate QA engineers while managing testing activities, meetings, performance reviews, and feedback.
  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts using C#, TypeScript, Selenium, and related tools.
  • Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines and oversee manual and automated test execution.
  • Design and execute RESTful API tests, validating functionality, performance, security, authentication, responses, and error handling.
  • Track defects, test results, metrics, dashboards, and reports throughout the testing lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders during requirements reviews, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
  • Improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies while identifying and mitigating software quality risks.
  • Perform SQL-based data validation and verification and contribute to performance, security, and mobile automation testing.
  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and project requirements.

Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of experience.
  • MCA or bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science, or an equivalent field.
  • Proficiency in C# and TypeScript, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and coding best practices.
  • Expertise with Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, Selenium best practices, WebDriverIO, and automated test framework design.
  • Experience with RestSharp or similar libraries and understanding of RESTful principles and HTTP methods.
  • Experience with NUnit or MSTest and integrating automation with Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.
  • Proficiency with Git and familiarity with JIRA, TestRail, or similar test management tools.
  • Ability to write and execute SQL queries and perform database validation.
  • Understanding of performance testing concepts and tools such as JMeter.
  • Experience working in Agile environments and participating in Scrum ceremonies.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Preferred knowledge of performance testing, security testing, and mobile automation testing.
