Responsibilities

Develop, verify, and validate system test cases for web and mobile applications.
Create and execute test plans, establish test environments, and execute database test scripts.
Validate end-to-end functionality and enhancement requests.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical and business issues using analytical and debugging skills.
Collaborate with leadership to implement effective testing solutions.
Partner with developers, project managers, and UX designers to solve complex challenges and improve customer experience.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field with 3+ years of QA engineering experience, or no degree with 6+ years of equivalent experience.
At least 3 years of programming experience with Java, JavaScript, and SQL.
At least 2 years of web automation experience using page object modeling and Cypress.
Experience with automated and manual API testing for web, backend, and mobile applications using REST and RestAssured.
Familiarity with MySQL, Postman, and Eclipse IDE.
High-level written and verbal English proficiency.
Preferred qualifications include e-commerce experience, at least 2 years of mobile automation with Appium, WebDriver IO, Mocha, Chai, Selenium, Cucumber, and AI productivity tools such as Claude, Copilot, or ChatGPT.
