Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test plans and cases.
  • Lead QA efforts across multiple projects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar tools.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, performance, and security testing.
  • Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to define test strategies and ensure coverage.
  • Identify, document, and track bugs using JIRA or Azure DevOps.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing.
  • Participate in code reviews from a QA perspective.
  • Continuously improve QA processes, tools, and methodologies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 7–8 years of software quality assurance experience, including test automation.
  • Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Proficiency with Playwright, Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cypress, or comparable test automation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with Postman or REST Assured for API testing.
  • Understanding of Agile/Scrum development processes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
