QA Automation Engineer (Python/C++) in Others new

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites for desktop applications.
  • Execute and improve end-to-end testing strategies covering frontend, backend, and system integrations.
  • Validate APIs and backend services using Postman and other testing tools.
  • Analyze test results, identify defects, and support issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Software Engineers, QA specialists, and DevOps teams to maintain product quality.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and automation frameworks.

Requirements

  • At least 4 years of experience in QA automation.
  • Hands-on experience with Squish or another test automation framework.
  • Strong experience testing desktop applications.
  • Experience testing frontend functionality, backend services, system integrations, and APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Postman for API testing and validation.
  • Valuable experience in environments where C++ applications are developed and maintained.
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent spoken and written English is mandatory.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum environments, test automation best practices, quality metrics, and international cross-functional teams is preferred.
