Responsibilities

  • Design, maintain, and execute test cases for Keeper’s iOS applications.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, exploratory, usability, and release testing across supported iPhone and iPad devices.
  • Validate product features, bug fixes, application updates, API-driven workflows, authentication, account access, synchronization, and backend-dependent functionality.
  • Reproduce, document, track, and troubleshoot defects using logs, screenshots, and technical details.
  • Collaborate with Mobile Engineering, Product, QA, and automation teams to identify root causes, validate fixes, and improve test coverage.
  • Validate behavior across iOS versions, device types, network conditions, and user configurations.
  • Support App Store release validation and maintain test plans, regression suites, and QA documentation.
  • Use AI-assisted tools to improve test design, defect analysis, troubleshooting, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in mobile QA, software testing, or iOS application testing.
  • Strong hands-on experience testing native iOS applications across multiple iPhone and iPad devices and iOS versions.
  • Familiarity with Xcode, iOS Simulator, and Apple development and diagnostic tools.
  • Understanding of mobile application behavior, client-server communication, and API-driven workflows.
  • Experience with functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing, as well as defect analysis and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with test management, issue tracking, and source control tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Preferred: experience with cybersecurity or security-sensitive mobile applications, iOS automation frameworks, authentication technologies, API testing tools, mobile performance or accessibility testing, iOS and Android validation, and TestFlight or App Store release workflows.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively, communicate clearly, manage multiple testing priorities, and use AI-assisted tools.
