Python Developer - HR Strat/Engineer in Others

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy HR applications, workflow solutions, and internal tools.
  • Build and maintain backend services, APIs, and data pipelines.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from requirements gathering through implementation and enhancement.
  • Drive GenAI, workflow automation, and technology adoption initiatives within HR.
  • Partner with senior stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Apply modern software engineering and development best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or another quantitative discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in software development, workflow products, or internal business applications.
  • Strong hands-on expertise in Python and SQL.
  • Experience with Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or similar cloud platforms.
  • Strong understanding of APIs, application architecture, testing frameworks, source control, and software development best practices.
  • Experience with data governance, controls, and model validation frameworks.
  • Ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders and translate complex business challenges into practical solutions.
  • Experience in transformation, automation, AI enablement, operational excellence, or consulting environments is highly desirable.
