Responsibilities

Talk with customers, understand their needs, and help shape product direction.
Build and own end-to-end features across data models, AI behavior, backend services, and user interfaces.
Create interfaces for setting goals and working with AI agents, including progress visibility and approval steps.
Ship software, learn from real-world usage, and improve product speed and reliability.
Experiment with AI engineering tools and improve internal workflows.

Requirements

Approximately 1 to 10 years of experience, with scope aligned to mid, senior, or staff level.
Professional, hands-on TypeScript experience across frontend and backend development.
Practical experience building with large language models and strong frontend, backend, and database engineering fundamentals.
Experience shipping software to real users, learning from post-launch results, and owning features end to end.
Experience at a startup or small company.
Familiarity with React, Next.js, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Vercel, and Python.

Benefits

Annual salary range of €90,000 to €140,000.
On-site role in Berlin, Germany; candidates must be based in Berlin or willing to relocate.
Visa sponsorship is not available.
