Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the product design system and UX patterns.
  • Build interfaces connecting users to AI agents and underlying data sources.
  • Create human-in-the-loop workflows for reviewing, approving, and acting on agent outputs.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing with operations stakeholders.
  • Iterate on workflow-driven product features in feedback-driven cycles.

Requirements

  • 1–7 years of professional frontend engineering experience with strong product intuition and UX craft.
  • Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Tailwind CSS.
  • Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications.
  • Experience building workflow-driven interfaces involving human review, exception handling, or approval flows.
  • Practical experience with AI-, ML-, or LLM-powered products, especially presenting automated outputs in trustworthy ways.
  • Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
  • Exposure to private markets or financial operations is preferred.

Benefits

  • Salary range of 70,000 to 110,000 EUR annually.
  • Visa sponsorship is available.
  • On-site work from the Berlin, Germany office is required.
