Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable AI backend services, including model gateways, agent scheduling layers, and streaming inference services.
Build agent workflows and tool-calling systems on Openclaw and define secure integration standards for trading, risk, and data platforms.
Develop and iterate AI services for customer service, risk detection, compliance analysis, and personalized services.
Design data and storage infrastructure for session memory, long-term memory, knowledge bases, and incremental updates.
Establish LLM tracing, prompt version management, automated evaluation, hallucination monitoring, and business KPI measurement.

Requirements

Proficiency in Golang or Java, with strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, system design, RESTful API design, and gRPC.
At least 5 years of backend development experience with production expertise in microservice frameworks, message queues, caching, and relational databases.
At least 1 year of hands-on production experience building LLM applications or AI agents and independently delivering AI feature modules.
Deep understanding of LLM capabilities and limitations, including hallucinations, context length, and reasoning.
Hands-on experience with prompt engineering, few-shot design, and chain-of-thought strategies for complex business scenarios.
