Responsibilities

Design and implement critical services.
Own service design, data contracts, API quality, and backward compatibility.
Lead complex refactors and improve software quality.
Improve test automation, code coverage, and release health metrics.
Optimize runtime performance and troubleshoot production incidents.
Provide technical leadership through pairing, reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Collaborate across teams to resolve dependencies and communicate technical trade-offs.

Requirements

8–12 years of related experience.
Proven ability to deliver resilient, maintainable software in enterprise environments.
Strong CI/CD and infrastructure-as-code practices.
Experience implementing security and compliance requirements in code.
Clear communication of trade-offs and technical decisions.
Bachelor's degree is desirable.
Scrum/SAFe or PMP is desirable for cross-team delivery coordination.
