Responsibilities

Drive architectural decisions and lead implementation of scalable full stack solutions from concept through deployment.
Design and implement APIs, intuitive user experiences, large-scale infrastructure, and web services.
Maintain systems for optimal performance, reliability, and minimal downtime.
Influence the strategic product roadmap and technical direction for key platform areas.
Collaborate with developers, designers, product managers, ML engineers, 3D developers, business leaders, users, and subject-matter experts.
Champion maintainable code quality and build products that meet user needs.

Requirements

Expert knowledge of computer science, including data structures, algorithms, and software design.
Relevant hands-on software development experience in one or more languages such as Kotlin, Java, Python, or Rust.
Deep expertise in modern JavaScript and TypeScript and extensive experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, Vue, or similar component-based architectures.
Experience with state management patterns, build tooling such as Webpack or Vite, and testing frameworks is highly valued.
Hands-on experience with large-scale cloud deployments using AWS, GCP, or Azure and Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving, technical troubleshooting, and complex system diagnosis skills.
Ability to prioritize work for maximum impact, learn new languages, and select appropriate tools.
Experience mentoring junior engineers, leading significant projects, or designing and scaling complex full stack architectures is advantageous.
Experience in industrial software, IoT, large-scale data visualization, SaaS products, or mobile application development is a plus.
Ability to work in an English-speaking environment.
