Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and guide technical decisions across products created by the team.
Develop and maintain complex mobile, tablet, and adaptive web software modules.
Mentor local and remote development teams and promote a positive development culture.
Own the quality, stability, and performance of software delivered by the engineering teams.
Refine live products using performance metrics and customer feedback.
Validate product concepts through rapid prototyping.
Improve and maintain software and cloud infrastructure and support production operations.
Provide technical support to customers and customer-facing corporate staff.
Contribute to an ecosystem of in-house software, purchased products, and third-party integrations.

Requirements

Extensive experience developing complex mobile application and adaptive web software in a team environment.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field is preferred but not essential.
Demonstrated technical leadership, mentoring ability, and hands-on team leadership experience.
Curiosity, autonomy, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team-oriented approach.
Interest in the business models of software products as well as technical programming challenges.
