Responsibilities

Provide Level 3+ technical support for middleware web application services.
Manage and train operational personnel and provide technical leadership to the Web Operations Team.
Lead and participate in incident, problem, change, and capacity management processes.
Serve as a client liaison and escalation point for internal and external customers.
Partner with engineering teams on automation, service standardization, and continuous service improvement.
Manage vulnerability remediation, patching, upgrades, and hardware lifecycle activities.
Design and implement solutions, support new technology projects, and improve the web application stack.

Requirements

Strong knowledge of web server and web application technologies, including JBoss, JBCS, IBM WebSphere, IBM HTTPD Server, Microsoft IIS, and Tomcat.
Knowledge of AWS and Azure cloud technologies.
Strong knowledge of SSL and SSH security protocols and key management.
Hands-on experience with shell scripting, Python programming, Ansible Core/Tower, and Terraform.
Ability to manage high-priority initiatives and coordinate activities with service delivery and engineering teams.
Ability to work collaboratively with operations, client services, application, and service delivery teams.
Exposure to AI-assisted development or intelligent automation is a strong plus.
