Responsibilities

Build platform features in Go, including custom Kubernetes operators and controllers.
Design GitOps workflows with ArgoCD for continuous deployment.
Develop infrastructure-as-code patterns with Terraform and Helm to provision and manage clusters.
Work with distributed storage technologies such as Ceph and WEKA.
Create observability and monitoring systems with Prometheus and Grafana.
Build and optimize container networking with Cilium.
Design federated Kubernetes architectures for multi-cluster management.
Automate recurring infrastructure tasks and reduce operational overhead for developers running production workloads.

Requirements

At least 2 years of software development experience, with approximately 5 years preferred.
Hands-on experience writing Go for Kubernetes environments and managing production Kubernetes clusters at meaningful scale.
Experience with distributed storage such as Ceph or WEKA and federated, multi-cluster Kubernetes architectures.
Experience with GitOps and ArgoCD, plus infrastructure as code using Terraform, Helm, or comparable tools.
Familiarity with container networking, CNI plugins, or service meshes such as Istio or Linkerd.
Experience with cloud platforms, managed Kubernetes, automation, and observability tools such as Prometheus and Grafana.
Experience with GPUs, bare-metal infrastructure, or open-source cloud-native projects is valuable.

Benefits

Base salary of $180,000 to $210,000 USD annually.
Visa sponsorship is available.
Full-time, on-site work in San Francisco, California, United States.
