Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain shared platform libraries and reusable components for applications, services, and AI-enabled solutions.
  • Build cross-functional features spanning backend services, frontend applications, and AI agent ecosystems.
  • Define and execute unit, integration, and end-to-end testing strategies.
  • Improve developer productivity through local development environments, documentation, debugging tools, and engineering best practices.
  • Prototype AI agents, user interfaces, forms, and mini-applications using vibecoding frameworks and reusable tooling.
  • Support version control, environment promotion, release management, deployment validation, and production readiness reviews.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve production incidents while contributing to continuous service improvement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, product, and business teams on scalable, secure, and high-quality technology solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Typically 3+ years of professional full-stack software development experience using Python and modern JavaScript or TypeScript frameworks.
  • Hands-on backend and frontend development experience with technologies such as FastAPI, Next.js, React, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Experience with testing methodologies and frameworks such as pytest, Jest, and Playwright.
  • Familiarity with Docker, CI/CD practices, Kubernetes fundamentals, and cloud-native environments.
  • Working knowledge of AI and LLM concepts, including agent architectures, prompt engineering, and external tool integration patterns.
  • Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production incident response capabilities.
  • Experience with collaborative software development, modern version control, and DevOps practices.
  • Platform engineering, developer productivity, or internal tooling experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with AI agent platforms, orchestration frameworks, and modern application integration architectures is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in software development, cloud technologies, DevOps, artificial intelligence, or related disciplines are a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, communication, and collaboration skills are desired.
