Responsibilities

Deliver Gravitee NextGen Cloud infrastructure for API Gateway and Agent Management workloads.
Build and maintain production-ready, Kubernetes-based customer environments and Helm deployments.
Develop and maintain infrastructure features and automation with the Platform Team.
Investigate support tickets, resolve complex customer issues, and assist the support team.
Create knowledge articles and share technical and non-technical expertise through internal TechTalks.
Improve operational processes and tools, including AI-driven automation, documentation, and incident analysis.

Requirements

At least 5 years of professional experience in infrastructure management.
Fluency creating and managing Kubernetes clusters and Helm-based deployments.
Strong understanding of infrastructure and deployment automation.
Experience with Terraform, Docker, certificate management, continuous delivery tools, and cloud platforms including Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Experience with Argo Workflows, ArgoCD, Helm Charts, Grafana, and Prometheus.
Curiosity, continuous-learning commitment, patience, resilience, problem-solving ability, and attention to detail.
Preferred: experience with API Management or Identity and Access Management platforms; familiarity with AI/ML infrastructure, GPU workload orchestration, AI Gateway or LLM-serving infrastructure, networking, service mesh, and traffic management patterns.
