Responsibilities

Design and implement cloud solutions across hybrid-cloud environments.
Improve cloud governance, security, scalability, reliability, and operational efficiency.
Provision, configure, upgrade, and monitor Kubernetes, Spark, Kafka, and distributed database technologies.
Automate infrastructure management and development pipelines using infrastructure-as-code and automation tools.
Evaluate solution architectures and provide technical recommendations.
Monitor systems, clusters, and cloud deployments to detect errors and assess performance.
Lead technical initiatives, influence architectural decisions, and mentor engineers.
Collaborate with Trading, Development, Infrastructure, Operations, and business teams.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in Platform Engineering, Cloud Engineering, SRE, DevOps, or related infrastructure roles.
Deep production experience deploying, operating, and scaling Kubernetes, including on-premise clusters and Amazon EKS.
Strong expertise designing and managing AWS cloud infrastructure; Google Cloud experience is a plus.
Advanced Terraform and infrastructure-as-code experience, including reusable modules, state management, and platform automation.
Experience building and operating highly available, scalable, secure cloud-native platforms.
Strong knowledge of observability, monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational troubleshooting.
Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices.
Strong Linux systems administration and distributed-production troubleshooting skills.
Proficiency in Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
Experience with Amazon RDS, Aurora, Redshift, and DynamoDB.
AWS Certified Solutions Architect certification is preferred.
Strong communication, collaboration, problem-solving, and technical leadership skills.
