Responsibilities

Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and maintain AI agents in Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Build and maintain backend applications and services using C# and the .NET Framework/.NET Core.
Integrate Copilot Studio agents with RESTful APIs, enterprise applications, databases, and business data sources.
Develop conversational experiences, agent workflows, and business process automations using Microsoft Power Platform and Power Automate.
Design and implement secure, scalable APIs and application components.
Develop and optimize SQL Server databases, stored procedures, queries, and data integrations.
Use Microsoft Azure to build, deploy, integrate, and support cloud-based applications and AI solutions.
Implement application logging, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production support using Splunk.
Apply access controls, data protection, and secure development practices to AI agents and application integrations.
Test and troubleshoot agent behavior, API integrations, application functionality, and end-to-end workflows.
Participate in technical design reviews, architecture discussions, code reviews, solution planning, CI/CD processes, and automated testing.
Investigate complex application, integration, performance, and production issues and document technical designs and operational procedures.
Collaborate with business analysts, U.S.-based stakeholders, and geographically distributed cross-functional teams.

Requirements

At least 4 years of professional software development experience using C# and the .NET Framework and/or .NET Core/.NET 6+.
Hands-on experience building, configuring, testing, or deploying AI agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Experience integrating Copilot Studio agents with enterprise applications, APIs, data sources, or business workflows.
Understanding of conversational AI, large language models, and AI-powered business solutions.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Visual Studio and/or Visual Studio Code.
Experience developing and maintaining RESTful APIs and enterprise applications.
Proficiency in C#, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services and cloud application development.
Experience with application logging, monitoring, and troubleshooting using Splunk.
Experience with SQL Server database design, stored procedures, query development, and performance optimization.
Understanding of secure software development, API security, authentication, and authorization.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Microsoft certifications in Azure, Power Platform, or AI technologies are preferred.
Preferred experience includes Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, Microsoft Dataverse, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Azure AI services, Azure OpenAI, Azure DevOps, API management, Apigee, Dynatrace, Docker, Kubernetes, fintech, banking, payments, compliance, and GitHub Copilot.
