Responsibilities

Build customer-facing frontend experiences for call health, LLM observability, reporting, and analytics.
Develop data-heavy dashboards, call logs, complex tables, pagination workflows, and real-time interfaces.
Ship production React, TypeScript, and Tailwind work with strong backend-service and API integration.
Improve performance, accessibility, usability, and scalability of data-intensive interfaces.
Own a core workflow end to end and become the primary frontend owner for the area.
Establish reusable design-system patterns and Storybook components.
Collaborate with engineering, product, and design and use agentic coding tools without compromising product quality.

Requirements

5+ years of professional software engineering experience with deep frontend expertise and a record of shipping customer-facing products.
Strong command of React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, browser APIs, and frontend integration with backend services and APIs.
Strong web performance and accessibility fundamentals, including Chrome DevTools and Lighthouse.
Experience with component, visual, and end-to-end testing, Storybook, and design systems.
Strong product and UX judgment and ability to collaborate in a fast-moving environment.
Production experience with agentic coding tools and Tailwind CSS.
Experience with data-intensive dashboards, complex tables, pagination across millions of rows, or real-time interfaces is preferred.
