Responsibilities

Build and ship polished, intuitive frontend web interfaces.
Improve high-visibility surfaces including agent chat threads, artifact editing, and message composition.
Partner with design to prototype, architect, and implement novel AI collaboration interfaces.
Solve problems involving architecture, state management, animation, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with capabilities and research teams to incorporate new research into production experiences.
Design reusable libraries and SDKs that support other product teams and maintain product quality.

Requirements

Strong proficiency in modern web technologies including React, TypeScript, and CSS.
Exceptional attention to aesthetics, performance, and code quality.
Ability to own projects end-to-end in a fast-moving and ambiguous environment.
Strong product sensibilities and ability to reason about and articulate product decisions.
Customer-focused approach to building user-facing experiences.

Salary: $220k - $405k/yr
