Responsibilities

Build and ship AI-native product experiences used directly by clinicians and patients.
Design and develop LLM-powered systems and agents that automate and augment complex healthcare workflows.
Own AI features end-to-end from prototyping and experimentation through production deployment, evaluation, and iteration.
Build evaluation, monitoring, and feedback systems to improve AI quality, reliability, and performance.
Work across models, prompts, tools, retrieval systems, and application infrastructure to solve product problems.
Collaborate with clinicians and engineers to understand healthcare workflows and identify high-impact AI applications.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science or a related field.
2+ years of professional software engineering experience in high-quality environments.
Experience building and shipping LLM-powered applications or AI products in production.
Fluency in Python and/or TypeScript.
Experience with modern LLM APIs, agentic systems, tool calling, retrieval, structured outputs, or similar applied AI patterns.
Ability to reason about evaluations, reliability, latency, cost, and failure modes.
Comfort working across the stack and experimenting with new models, frameworks, and techniques.
Authorized to work in the U.S.
