Machine Learning Engineer, Vertical Search in Others

Responsibilities

  • Lead the construction and implementation of personalized algorithm systems for photo-text search.
  • Integrate visual, textual, and user-behavior data to build adaptable personalized retrieval systems.
  • Apply large-model technology to scale models, improve generalization, and explore generative recommendation.
  • Improve information acquisition efficiency, user-interest mining, and search relevance for photo-text content.
  • Drive model iteration, effect reviews, cross-functional algorithm strategy, and photo-text search product innovation.
  • Own stability, performance optimization, cost control, monitoring, and training and inference efficiency for the personalization link.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in a computer-related major.
  • Excellent coding ability with a strong foundation in data structures and algorithms.
  • Proficiency in C++ or Python and familiarity with common programming algorithms and data structures.
  • Strong foundations and research experience in machine learning, NLP, computer vision, or related areas.
  • Strong algorithm design, analytical, problem-solving, communication, collaboration, initiative, and curiosity.
  • Experience in recommendation systems, advertising, search engines, model scaling, or generative recommendation is preferred.
  • Strong technical innovation, business sensitivity, data analysis, and review and iteration abilities are preferred.
