Machine Learning Engineer User Growth in Others

Responsibilities

  • Optimize e-commerce growth and marketing algorithms, including user value modeling, personalized messaging, recommendations, and intelligent marketing.
  • Establish user lifecycle data and value systems to address e-commerce user growth challenges.
  • Implement product and technical solutions for user growth engines, including personalized push notifications, emails, and recommendation handling.
  • Improve recall and ranking algorithms for new-user recommendations, including relevance, traffic-source handling, and diversity.
  • Use uplift models and operations research methods to improve marketing efficiency and drive e-commerce GMV growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical discipline.
  • At least three years of relevant experience in user growth or intelligent marketing.
  • Experience with C++ and Python.
  • Experience with at least one big data tool, such as Hive SQL, Spark, or MapReduce.
  • Experience with at least one deep learning tool, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures with excellent coding skills.
  • Strong learning ability, curiosity, communication skills, and teamwork skills.
  • Preferred: published papers in top AI conferences or journals, notable results in ACM or machine learning competitions, or experience with recommendation systems, advertising, LTV estimation, uplift modeling, operations research, sequence modeling, or multi-scenario modeling optimization.
